SOLVING PROBLEMS OF THE PERIORBITAL ZONE (THE AREA AROUND THE EYES)
The skin of the periorbital region is the thinnest, about 60% thinner than the rest of our face. Due to the strong mimic activity, it is in the area of the eyelids that the first signs of aging appear – “crow’s feet” and fine wrinkles under the lower eyelid.
Preparations for the periorbital zone with age, the overhang of the skin fold and fatty tissue of the upper eyelid in the area of the inner and outer corners of the eye increases. Changes are characterized by dermatochalyasis, ptosis, lowering of the eyebrows with simultaneous flattening of the lateral part of them.
Aging of the lower eyelid is manifested by the formation of bags under the eyes, the omission of the entire lower eyelid, or hypertrophy of the circular eye muscle. Due to the violation of microcirculation in the tissues, dark circles under the eyes appear with age. Due to anatomical, physiological, and functional features, the periorbital zone is quite problematic for effective correction in aesthetic medicine. The main condition for achieving a positive result is the correct choice of patient management tactics.
Today, aesthetic medicine has many methods that significantly improve the condition of the periorbital zone. The proposed Protocol of patient management allows you to effectively deal with various aesthetic problems both in the complex and with each separately. The advantage of combined application of procedures is the rapid achievement of results. This program can also be used to correct other areas of the face.
Let’s consider the correction methods in stages.
1) Lightening Peel (25% – glycolic acid, 5%-almond acid, 4% – kojic acid, 2% – arbutin, 1% – xanthan gum, PH1, 5;
2) Mesotherapy with MesoDerm (ascorbic acid, L-Proline, L-valine, L-glycine, rutin);
3) 25% TSA Peeling (25%-tricloroacetic acid, 5% – glycolic acid; 1% – chitosan);
4) Biorevitalization Hyalax Revitalize Skin(18ml / ml of hyaluronic acid, 20ml / ml of glycerol).

COURSE OF PROCEDURE
Stage 1 (photo1). Surface peeling.
Working with Ligtening Peel Philoderm in the pereorbital zone, we eliminate mutated cells, stimulate the growth layers of the epidermis, starting the regeneration of not only the epidermis but also the dermis. Thanks to the balanced and multi-component composition of the peeling, dark circles under the eyes are lightened.
We begin the peeling procedure by degreasing the skin with an alcohol-containing solution. Then apply the Ligtening Peel solution to the lower eyelid up to the ciliated edge and to the upper fixed eyelid. The peeling can be applied in two layers, the maximum exposure time is 10 minutes. after the time expires, we neutralize the peeling with a Post-Peel solution. We complete the peeling procedure by applying a cream with an SPF factor of at least 50. In home care, we assign mandatory use of cream with SPF 50.
Stage 2 (photo2). Mesotherapy.
Mesoderm from mesoEXPERT actively stimulates the production of colagen and elastin fibers and seals the dermis. Removes dark circles flabbiness and swelling. Especially effective in the re-orbital zone. MesoDerm contains ascorbic acid, L-Proline, L-valine, L-glycine, and rutin. We start the procedure with a triple treatment of the skin with a solution of chlorhexidine. If necessary, apply an anesthetic. The technique of drug administration is micropapular. We work through the upper eyelid, approaching the most cresnical edge, on the lower eyelid, we inject along the bony edge of the orbit. The costs per procedure when I – 1-1,5 ml. Needle 32 G. Course: 3-4 procedures, 1 time a week
Stage 3 (photo 3-4). Median peeling.
TSA 25 peeling for working with age-related skin is an effective surface-median peeling with a pronounced anti-aging effect. Suitable for working with age-related skin. The peeling has a gel texture, which greatly simplifies the work with the periorbital zone, making it more comfortable. The procedure begins with degreasing the treated area of the skin with an alcohol solution. Next, apply the peeling composition, approaching the ciliated edge of the lower eyelid and apply the peeling to the upper fixed eyelid. The criterion for stopping the pilig is the appearance of frost. Neutralize the peeling with a special Post-Peel composition with a pH of 8.2. The neutralizer includes a special buffer system to neutralize the action of the acid and a moisturizing agent. Photo 4 shows the skin condition on the 4th day after peeling.
Stage 4 (photo 5). Biorevitalization.
Biorevitalizant Hyalax Revitalize Skin increases moisture, elasticity, tone of the dermis, transforming it qualitatively.It has the effect of prolonged hydration due to the content of glycerol in its composition, which is a stabilizing agent. Hyalax Revitalize Skin increases the moisture content, elasticity, and tone of the dermis, and transforms it qualitatively. It contains 18 mg / ml of hyaluronic acid and 20 mg / ml of glycerol. The drug has the effect of prolonged hydration due to the content of glycerol in its composition, which is a stabilizing agent. Biorevitalization course: 2 procedures, 1 time every 15-21 days.
Photo 6. After a course of procedures. After the above manipulations, we complete the procedure with sunscreen with SPF 50. The condition of the patient’s skin after a set of procedures. Significantly improved skin, lightened, decreased swelling, dark circles under the eyes and fine grid of wrinkles.
